By downloading or using SpoBase (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. If you use the App on an Apple or Google platform, you also agree to that platform's terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app store's rules.

SpoBase provides general fitness and sports-technique education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional guidance. Physical activity carries risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you (or a child using the kids mode) have any health condition. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You use the App and perform any movement at your own risk, and you are responsible for supervising any child who uses the App. We are not liable for injury arising from use of the App.

Downloading SpoBase is free, and the Level 1 lessons in each sport are free to use. There are no ads.

Full access to all lessons, levels, and sports ("SpoBase Premium") requires an auto-renewable subscription. We currently offer: Weekly (includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), Monthly, and Annual. Prices are shown in the app and in the app store before you confirm, and may vary by country and currency.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial, if you don't cancel before it ends). We never receive or store your card details.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged to your store account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• How to cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings: on iOS, Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Free trial. One free trial per user. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a different subscription, where the platform applies this rule.
• Restoring purchases. An active subscription is tied to your store account — use "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen to restore it on a new device signed into the same account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; request them through the respective store.
• Changes. We may change subscription prices or options going forward; changes to an existing subscription's price take effect only as allowed by the platform (which notifies you and, where required, asks for consent).

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, its content, or its videos; don't use it unlawfully.

The App, its lessons, videos, animations, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. The license in Section 2 grants no ownership.

The form-check feature processes video on your device; we do not receive it. You are responsible for the content you record and for the privacy of anyone appearing in it.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AMAZEKID LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

This EULA is between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Apple/Google are not responsible for the App or for support, and are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms. Standard app-store maintenance, warranty, and claims terms apply as set by Apple/Google.
