1. What Rubly is
Rubly is an educational app with video lessons and articles that teach

simple, relaxing massage techniques for home use. Content is provided for

general educational purposes only.

2. Not medical advice
Rubly's lessons and guides are not medical treatment, physiotherapy or

medical advice, and are not a substitute for professional care. Do not

use massage on injuries, infections or medical conditions without a

doctor's approval. You are responsible for using the techniques gently

and respecting the safety guidance in the app. If pain or discomfort

occurs, stop.

3. Rubly Plus subscription
Some content is free; the full library requires Rubly Plus, an
auto-renewing subscription: weekly (with a free trial), monthly or

yearly.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. The
subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours

before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your

App Store account settings. Unused trial time is forfeited when you

purchase a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
4. Acceptable use
The app and its videos are licensed for your personal, non-commercial

use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly screen or use the

content to provide paid services.

5. Intellectual property
All videos, texts, graphics and the Rubly brand are owned by us or our

licensors. Background music is used under a CC BY 4.0 license with

attribution shown in the app.

6. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we

are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of

the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited

by law.

7. Changes
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted

on this page with a new effective date.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which AMAZEKID LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
