SpoBase is a fitness and movement-skills app. We built it to need as little of your data as possible:

• We have no accounts and no login. We don't ask for your name to use the app.
• Profile details you enter (a name label and age for yourself or a child) are

stored only on your device and never sent to us.

• The form-check camera feature analyzes your movement **entirely on your

device. The video is never uploaded** and never leaves your phone.

• Level-1 lessons are free; full access needs an optional Premium subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we never see your card details. Our subscription service (Adapty) receives purchase receipts, subscription status, and a device identifier — never your name or email.
• To measure our own ad campaigns we use install attribution (AppsFlyer). On iOS we first ask your permission via the system App Tracking Transparency prompt — if you decline, the app works exactly the same.
• There are no ads in the app.
• We don't sell personal data.
• We don't currently collect any product analytics. If we add product analytics in

future, it will be anonymous and aggregate — no names, no advertising identifiers, no profiling of individuals.

1. Information stored only on your device (we never receive it)

• Profile labels and age you enter in onboarding/profile (including for the

optional kids mode), your lesson progress, streaks, saved lessons, and reminder settings. This lives in local app storage on your device. Deleting the app removes it.

2. Camera (form check) — processed on-device only

• If you use the optional form check, the app records a short clip and analyzes

your body movement on the device. The clip is not transmitted to us or any third party and is not stored after analysis unless you choose to save it.

3. Subscriptions and purchases (processed by Apple/Google + Adapty)

• If you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. To unlock Premium and keep it in sync across launches, our service provider Adapty processes the store's purchase receipt, transaction/subscription status, and a device identifier. This data is linked to your device/store account, not to a name or email (we have none).

4. Install attribution (AppsFlyer) — with your permission on iOS

• To know which of our own ad campaigns brought an install, we use AppsFlyer. It processes device identifiers (including the advertising identifier/IDFA only if you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt) and install/conversion events. If you decline, the app is fully functional and attribution falls back to Apple's private SKAdNetwork. Attribution never runs while a child profile is active.

5. Product analytics

• We do not currently collect any analytics or usage events. If we add product

analytics in a future version, it will be anonymous and aggregate (e.g. "a lesson was started") with no personal data — never a name, age, email, or advertising identifier — never linked to an identifiable person, and never including data from the kids mode. We will update this policy before doing so.

We do not collect: contacts, precise location, photos library, health records, or browsing history. The advertising identifier is used only for install attribution as described above, and only with your ATT permission.

SpoBase is designed for adults, with an optional kids mode for training with a child. Any child-related details (a name label and age) are entered by the adult and stored only on the device — we never receive them, and they are never included in analytics. Subscriptions are purchased by adults through their own store account, and install attribution never initializes while a child profile is active — no child data reaches AppsFlyer or Adapty. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact @amazekid.net and we will help.

• Providing the app and your saved progress: performance of our agreement with you.
• Processing subscriptions and unlocking Premium: performance of our agreement.
• Install attribution: your consent (the iOS ATT prompt); where consent is not required, our legitimate interest in measuring our own marketing.

We share limited data only with service providers acting on our instructions: Adapty (subscription management — receipts, subscription status, device identifier) and AppsFlyer (install attribution — device identifiers and install/conversion events). Purchases themselves and app distribution are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own privacy policies. We do not sell personal information. Attribution data is used to measure our own campaigns — not to advertise to you in other companies' apps.

On-device data persists until you delete the app or clear it in the app. Subscription records are kept by Apple/Google and Adapty for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal (e.g. tax/accounting) obligations.

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and others) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because we hold almost no personal data about you (most stays on your device), you can exercise most of these yourself by editing your profile or deleting the app. For anything else, contact contact @amazekid.net.

Most data stays on your device. The limited subscription and attribution data described above is processed on Adapty's and AppsFlyer's servers, which may be located outside your country; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). App distribution by Apple and Google is governed by their own policies and safeguards.

We minimize data by design (on-device first). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data involved.

We may update this policy; we'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
